What is the Bodensee Card PLUS online shop? 
The Bodensee Card PLUS online shop is the easiest and most convenient way to purchase a Bodensee Card PLUS. Whether it's to your home, office or another location of your choice - order your Bodensee Card PLUS in the online shop and we will deliver your card to your door. If you have selected the "digital" delivery method in the online shop, you can print out the card as a PDF.

What payment methods are available?
In the Bodensee Card PLUS online shop you can pay by credit card, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung (by Klarna) or Klarna Pay Later. You can find more information about the shipping and payment conditions here

What data do I need for the ordering process?

As the cards are issued personalised, please have the first name, surname and date of birth of all persons for whom you would like to buy a Bodensee Card PLUS ready for the order. The Bodensee Card PLUS is not transferable.

Do I have to register to be able to order in the online shop?

No. You do not have to register for the Bodensee Card PLUS to be issued. However, as the Bodensee Card PLUS is issued on a personalised basis, we still need your personal details (name, date of birth) as well as your address for delivery and invoicing.

If you decide to register in the online shop, you can view and change your personal data, such as address and e-mail address, at any time directly in the Bodensee Card PLUS online shop under “My Account”. You will also find delivery and billing addresses there. If you log in to the customer portal, you can also check the days and attractions you have already used. Our website uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of this confidential content.

How can personal customer account data be changed and viewed?

If you registered when you made your purchase, you can view and change your personal data, such as address and e-mail address, in the Bodensee Card PLUS online shop under “My Account”. There you will find delivery and billing addresses. If you log in to the customer portal, you can also check the days and attractions you have already used.

How is my customer data stored?

The security of your data is extremely important to us. That is why we take the issue of data protection very seriously. You can find all information about our data protection regulations here.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

In the login area you will find the item “Forgotten password”. Please enter the e-mail address for your Bodensee Card PLUS online account. You will shortly receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password. By clicking on the link, you can choose a new password for your online shop account. If you do not receive this e-mail, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service by e-mail at info@bodensee-card.eu.

What does a Bodensee Card PLUS cost?

You can find the current prices for the season here. The season starts on 1st January and ends on 31st December.

Children under 5 years of age receive a free “mini card” when purchasing an adult card.

Is it possible to get a discount for the Bodensee Card PLUS?

As the Bodensee Card PLUS is already an inclusive card with discounted prices, we ask for your understanding that we cannot offer any additional discounts for pupils, students, senior citizens, groups or people who are in possession of a severely disabled ID.

What payment methods are available?

In the Bodensee Card PLUS online shop, you can pay by credit card, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung or Apple Pay. You can find more information about the shipping and payment conditions here.

Can an order be sent with different delivery and billing addresses?

Yes, for the physical Bodensee Card PLUS sent by post, you can choose whether the delivery address is different from the billing address in the order payment process. You can retrieve the invoice in your customer account after positive completion of the payment process. You can also change your delivery address (for the physical card) as well as billing address at any time in your account if you register at the time of purchase.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If you have chosen delivery by post, we will send your package within 3 working days after receiving your order. Within Germany, the delivery time after handing over the cards to the shipping service provider is approx. 2 - 4 working days, in the rest of the EU the delivery time can take up to 14 days.

What are the shipping costs for postal delivery?

We ship within Germany and to EU countries (incl. Switzerland & Great Britain) by post at a flat rate of € 2.50 plus VAT.

Information on the right of withdrawal

As the Bodensee Card PLUS is a package holiday in the legal sense, you cannot make use of the usual 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping online. However, within the season you have the possibility to officially withdraw from the booking and cancel the travel contract as long as your card is unused. To do this, please contact us by e-mail at info@bodensee-card.eu, stating your affected Card number and your full billing address and bank details.

Can I buy a voucher for the Bodensee Card PLUS?

Yes, vouchers are available for the respective card type (Bodensee Card PLUS 3 or 7 days) for adults as well as children and young people. They can be redeemed in the web shop or at all €-Bodensee Card PLUS points of sale. Vouchers are valid for three years from the date of issue. There is no administration of remaining amounts and no top-up or payment is possible. In the event of a card price adjustment, the difference must be paid. The voucher will be sent by e-mail immediately after purchase
