Shipping and payment conditions
This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as enquiries that you send to us as site operator. Payments in the Bodensee Card PLUS shop are processed via the electronic payment provider Datatrans AG.

The secure and convenient payment option. If you have a PayPal account, you only need to enter your e-mail address and password for future online purchases.

Payment by Sofortüberweisung (instant bank transfer)
We also offer you the payment method of Sofortüberweisung (instant bank transfer). Please make sure that your account is always funded. Simply follow the instructions in the checkout process.
All order information can be found in your user account. Here you can view and print your purchases and orders at any time.

We ship within Germany and to EU countries (incl. Switzerland & Great Britain) by post at a flat rate of € 2.50 plus VAT.
If you choose the Print@home ticket, you will receive your ticket exclusively as a PDF document by e-mail after completion of your purchase. There will be no dispatch by post. There are therefore no shipping costs. The ticket will be printed out or accepted as a mobile ticket. You can save the digital Bodensee Card PLUS as a PDF on your smartphone and show it at the partner company. Alternatively, you can print out the ticket on paper.
